Commercial policy
Pricing Policy
Clear information about WorqNET SaaS pricing, billing, tax, and licensing.
1. Seller and scope
COSQ Network Private Limited (“COSQ Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operator of WorqNET, sells and supports the WorqNET software platform. This policy applies to public pricing information and SaaS subscriptions purchased directly from COSQ Network in India or from another country.
WorqNET is a business and work-management service. It includes organization administration, projects, work items, documents, CRM, collaboration, people and leave workflows, payroll-related workflows, reports, integrations, and related communication and billing features. On-premise deployments are separately licensed and are not priced or purchased through the public SaaS checkout.
Registered business address, GSTIN, company registration particulars, and any legally required marketplace or grievance details must be inserted after confirmation by the company and advisers. Placeholder details must not be published.
2. Plans, limits, and features
The public catalog currently contains the following India/INR monthly SaaS offerings:
| Plan | Seats | Projects | Storage | Net monthly price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 2 | 1 GiB | ₹0 |
| Starter | 25 | 10 | 10 GiB | ₹999 |
| Business | 250 | 50 | 250 GiB | ₹12,499 |
| Enterprise | 2,000 | Unlimited* | 1 TB | Contact sales |
Business is the recommended mid-market plan for established teams and mid-market organizations. Enterprise is quoted through sales. An “Unlimited” value is used only where the applicable catalog limit is configured as unlimited; it is still subject to fair use, technical constraints, acceptable-use requirements, and the applicable order.
Limits and feature availability are measured using the application’s current usage rules. They may include seats or members, projects, storage, integrations, reports, social features, payroll features, or other entitlements. The catalog and the customer’s subscription record are authoritative. We may change how usage is measured when reasonably necessary, provided we do not retroactively alter a paid period without an applicable contractual or legal basis.
3. Country selection and currency
India is the initial default market and pricing is displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Customers can explicitly choose an available billing country on the pricing page. The selected country in the URL takes precedence over the returning visitor preference cookie. We do not silently use IP-based geolocation to choose a price.
- The selected country must match the customer’s billing information and the relevant place of supply or tax position.
- Country, currency, payment methods, tax treatment, plan availability, and price may differ by market.
- If a country has no active price, the page will say that pricing is unavailable and direct the customer to sales. We will not silently display INR pricing for that country.
- We may request reasonable verification of billing country, business identity, tax registration, or payment information.
4. Prices and taxes
Unless an order expressly says otherwise, prices displayed on the public pricing page are net prices and exclude applicable taxes. For India, applicable GST is calculated from the billing information, place-of-supply facts, tax registration, and current tax rules. The pricing page may show an indicative estimate; it is not a confirmed invoice or checkout amount.
For example, the current indicative calculation for Business in India is ₹12,499 before GST, ₹2,249.82 at 18% GST, and an estimated total of ₹14,748.82 per month. The final checkout and invoice amount is calculated server-side and may differ where the customer’s billing information, exemption, reverse-charge position, tax jurisdiction, or applicable law changes the result.
Customers outside India may be responsible for VAT, sales tax, GST, digital-services tax, duties, withholding, reverse-charge accounting, or similar charges required in their jurisdiction. COSQ Network does not promise one international tax treatment for every country. Customers must provide accurate legal name, address, billing country, tax registration, and exemption information and must notify us of changes.
Indian tax invoices and credit notes will be prepared with the information and fields required by applicable law and the company’s accounting process. Tax treatment and invoice wording must be confirmed against current Indian requirements, including applicable GST guidance, before launch.
5. Billing interval, renewal, and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly unless an order, written agreement, or promotional offer specifies another interval.
- Recurring billing normally occurs on the subscription’s billing date. Payment-provider timing, bank processing, timezone, failed-payment retries, and month length may affect the exact processing time.
- Upgrades are charged through the supported billing flow. Any proration, partial-period credit, or immediate charge applies only when shown at checkout or expressly agreed.
- Customers may cancel through the supported account/billing flow or by contacting billing support. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Cancellation normally stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access may continue until the end of that period, subject to account status, acceptable use, security, and the contract.
- Downgrades, suspension, read-only access, data export, and deletion may be subject to the subscription flow, plan limits, retention requirements, and the applicable agreement.
6. Payment processing and failed payments
Supported SaaS-market payments are processed through Cashfree or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment authorization, recurring billing, provider notifications, and webhook events are handled through the provider’s systems. We do not publish provider credentials or rely on the customer’s browser to determine the amount payable.
Customers must maintain valid payment details and authority to use the selected payment method. If a payment fails, we may retry it, send notices, restrict new activity, place the organization into a grace or read-only state, suspend access, or cancel the subscription after the configured process and any applicable legal or contractual requirements.
7. Trials and promotions
The standard trial is configured by the deployment and is currently intended to default to 14 days. The trial starts when the account or organization enters the applicable trial flow. Whether payment details are required, whether the trial converts automatically, and what happens at expiry are determined by that flow and the information shown when the trial is started.
Promotions may have eligibility, country, customer, plan, duration, renewal-price, payment-method, or stacking restrictions. A promotion will state its duration and, where relevant, the price that applies after it ends. Promotions may be limited, withdrawn, or corrected for error before acceptance, subject to applicable law.
8. Price changes
Price changes apply prospectively. We do not retroactively reprice a paid period. For recurring subscriptions, we will provide notice before a renewal at a changed plan price where notice is required by law, contract, or our operational policy. A customer may cancel before the changed price takes effect, subject to the cancellation terms.
Taxes, government charges, payment-provider fees, exchange rates, and withholding obligations may change independently of the underlying plan price. A promotion or negotiated order may contain its own notice and renewal rules.
9. On-premise licensing
On-premise WorqNET is separately licensed for installation and operation on customer-controlled infrastructure. On-premise pricing, users, support, maintenance, upgrades, license duration, and entitlements are governed by the applicable quote, license, or services agreement.
On-premise deployments do not use the public Cashfree SaaS checkout. SaaS plan prices must not be treated as on-premise license prices, and on-premise license entitlements are not inferred from the public SaaS catalog.
10. Legal and regulatory context
As an Indian business selling globally, COSQ Network may be subject to Indian tax, consumer-protection, e-commerce, payment, corporate, and data-protection requirements, together with mandatory laws applicable to a customer or user in another country. Nothing in this policy excludes a mandatory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indian customers should review the applicable Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 requirements. International customers should review the mandatory consumer, tax, payment, and digital-services rules that apply in their location. The company will update this policy and its checkout disclosures when legal, tax, or operational review requires it.
