Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Standard contractual clauses for WorqNET SaaS customers.
1. Scope
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies to the processing of personal data by COSQ Network Private Limited ("COSQ Network") on behalf of the Customer in the course of providing the WorqNET SaaS service.
2. Processing Instructions
COSQ Network shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, unless required to do so by applicable law.
3. Sub-processors
Customer authorizes COSQ Network to engage sub-processors (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers, Cashfree) to process Personal Data, provided COSQ Network enters into a written agreement with the sub-processor imposing data protection terms that require the sub-processor to protect the Personal Data to the standard required by applicable Data Protection Laws.
